No updates? Fuck you, who cares.

I’m currently trying out EVE Online again on trial, since Tabula Rasa is slowly taking the piss due to developers being completely unable to update the game. Everything worked absolutely fine on the testserver, but as soon as it goes on to the live servers, everything breaks, so they quickly release a downgrade-patch, and postpone the update to next Easter or something.

One major thing that got me interested in EVE again, is the upcoming Trinity 2.0 expansion, free of course. It looks awesome with its complete graphic overhaul, every model in the game remade\reborn into high polygon and the engine upgraded with shaders using Shader Model 3.0, a much needed facelift! Although, the game is very hard on new players, as the old well-established players pretty much rape you. If you can stand that and mine high security asteroidfields for all eternity to be on the safe side, it might be something for you!
